I regret to inform you that the Independence Reception scheduled for 3:00 PM today has been cancelled due to an urgent matter requiring the attention of the Honourable Minister.

If you are already near the venue, you are welcome to join me at the OOPL Event Centre for an informal community hangout.

However, if you have not yet set out, kindly remain at home.
